Bentley’s Barkery, home of Bentley’s Box, a monthly subscription for dog owners in Fresno and Clovis, will be rolling out the red carpet at River Park on March 12 to promote its new service with a Hollywood spin.

At the farmers market on Tuesday, new Bentley’s Box subscribers will receive reserved tickets to see a pre-screening of Lionsgate film “Arthur the King,” at 7 p.m. starring Mark Wahlberg.

“Arthur the King” is based on a 2016 non-fiction book and tells the story of the captain of an adventure racing team who befriends a stray dog named Arthur, who joins the team on an endurance race through the Dominican Republic.

Furry four-legged friends are invited to the event for photo ops, treat samples and more. Doggie day care services during the screening will be offered by Fresno Bully Rescue.

“I wanted to create a PAWsitively delightful experience! One that not only pampers pets but also enhances the connection between them and their owners, and the local community,” said Ebony Brown, owner of Bentley’s Barkery and the mind behind The Bentley Box.

Brown was contacted by the Lionsgate promotional team to host the special screening.

Announced earlier this year, Bentley’s Box is a monthly subscription service catering specifically to Fresno and Clovis dogs that offers a curated selection of toys, accessories and homemade treats to the doorstep of pet lovers in the community.

The first Bentley’s Boxes were released earlier this month, but local dog owners can still reserve their place at bentleysbarkery.com/join.

Bentley’s Barkery has deep roots in the local community, evolving first from pop-up locations to a storefront and now offering its subscription boxes. As thanks for continued community support, Bentley’s Barkery is offering exclusive presales for The Bentley Box, offering two months free of the service.

“This presale isn’t just a discount; it’s an opportunity for our community to play a crucial role in propelling Bentley’s Barkery into a new era of doggie delights.” Brown said. “It’s a unique chance to be part of something special. It’s a statement—a commitment to the values of quality, care, and community that Bentley’s Barkery is built on.”

Founded in 2022, Bentley’s Barkery crafts homemade treats and carries a selection of products that offer customers the opportunity to build a special bond between themselves and their four-legged friends.
