Carey has been enjoying a residency in Las Vegas: A Celebration of Mimi, and posted photos on Instagram from opening night. The 55-year-old shows off a serious of glamorous and sparkly outfits, all of which hug her slim frame while still showing off the curves she’s known for. One outfit involves a gold corset top and a bedazzled miniskirt, which allowed Carey to flaunt her trim waistline and toned legs.
Keeping with the gold theme, another outfit was just that: a shining hold ballgown that again featured a corset-style bustier, putting her tiny waist on display. A third outfit was a nude floor-length crystal gown that featured a long train and daring cutouts. Truly highlighting the singer’s figure, fans couldn’t help but appreciate the dress—but still thought Mariah looked noticeably slimmer.
Fans Wonder If Mariah Carey’s On Ozempic
Though most of the comments on her Instagram posts are from adoring fans, X, formerly Twitter, is another story. “The Ozempic is doing magic,” one user tweeted beneath a photo of Mariah performing in the curve-hugging crystal dress. “I see.”
“Ozempic queen,” another person agreed, adding fire emojis for emphasis.
“Y’all need to leave Mariah Carey alone,” one user wrote. “So what if she’s hauling Ozempic by the tons?? LET HER LIVE!”

This wouldn’t be the first time that Carey used alternative methods to lose weight. In 2011, Carey gave birth to her twins, Moroccan and Monroe, and for years felt the effects of weight gain effect her performing abilities. So, in 2017, she reportedly underwent gastric sleeve surgery to take off a couple extra pounds.
